Role: Technical Project Manager
Location: Hyderabad
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a background in delivering banking development and implementation projects and able to understand Java, coding, and database concepts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering high-impact projects within our Java-based development environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, technical proficiency in leading software development projects from conception to delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to ensure timely project delivery.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Track project progress and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide leadership and guidance to project team members.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and priorities.
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices and process enhancements.
Relevant Experience: 12+ Years
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong Technical background and software development methodologies.
- Experience managing Agile/Scrum projects.
- Banking domain experience will be an added advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
